There is no 4.8 made by Ford. The only choices for engines in 99 were 4.2L 202 hp V6 ,4.6L 231 hp V8,4.6L 260 hp V8, 4.6L 231 hp V8, 5.4L 260 hp, 5.4L 380 hp V8
The firing order you need depends on the engine you have...
