Not now. I've got kids I want to see grow up. Back when I was single, a raging drug addict and drunk and didn't care whether I lived or died, then yes I would have.

It depends if I trusted my abilities in the situation or not. I'd probably follow whatever my gut was telling me in a spot like that. Like running into a house on fire or something. I'd definitely do it if I felt strongly that I could save the day without dying.

I think sometimes we would do it automatically - without realising the danger. My brother did - he risked, and lost, his life, but saved someone else's.

Regardless the situation, if someone else was in danger I would try. I'm going to be a cop, so its one of those things.

I work in the health care field, with everything that I am exposed to, I beleive I put my life on the line to save strangers all the time!

Depends on the circumstances. But believe it or not... even me being me, Im usually the first idiot to help someone else out. Usually to my detriment.
