  • It depends on where the parking spot is, and do you actually own it? If it is the space in front of your house, you would get in trouble, because that is a public street, and not owned by you, but by everyone. If it an assigned space in an apartment building, have the manager tow the vehicle.
  • retaliation from your neighbor. he has already shown his bad side by not cooperating with the parking spots. maybe he will bust a window in your car one night. or shove a potatoe up your exhaust pipe so your car wont start. or pour a five pound bag of sugar into your gas tank. not nice. you need to talk to the person and expect some kind of neighborly over the fence friendship. maybe he has a criminal mind. you could find a bloody horse head in your bed the next morning.
