Can Imovax Rabies Vaccine cause multiple sclerosis?

I do not know that there is any evidence of a cause & effect relationship between rabies vaccination & MS, however, there has been an association between the two (see Arch. Neurol 35: 693, 1978). I received rabies vaccinations due to my line of work within the veterinary field & within a few years of vaccination I developed MS. Could be coincidental, but the association should not be ruled out.
