Was sitting on the side of a small pond fishing. I noticed a large spider run into the water and sit on the bottom of the pond,I also noticed some kind of wasp was just waiting on the edge of the pond behind some weeds keeping an eye on where the spider was. A couple of minutes later the spider ventured out from underneath the water and BAM!! The wasp attacked and carried his meal off.

This may not be the coolest thing, but it was pretty cool. I went to a high school football game Friday. The home team had a drum corp of about 12 drummers at the game. The visting team only brought 4 drummers. The visting drummers played a score, or whatever it's called for drums, and the home drummers played the exact same score immediately after- starting a little "who's bigger" contest. The contest pretty much ended there, because the 12 drummers from the home team and the 4 drummers from the visting team decided mix amongst each other and play together. It was very cool!! Not to mention that there is nothing like great drums at a football game!

The lights at Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City at Christmas time. It is way beyond cool. It is totally awesome! :-)
I've seen many very cool things. But, one thing I really liked was sunset in Key West.
Two things: 1. While snorkeling in Hanauma Bay (Oahu, HI), I saw hundreds of fish that were as colorful as rainbows. I swam with them. Several of them looked at me like they were mystified at what I was. Ocean life is so beautiful!!
2. In 2003 we went to Alaska. My husband's cousin was a pilot and took us to fly around Mt. McKinley in a teeny tiny Cessna plane. It was the most majestic thing I'd ever seen. You could see the azure blue pools of frozen water below. It was breathtaking. When we were about to land, we saw a huge Mother bear running with her cub, and we saw a huge moose too. I'll never forget that experience.
