Yes. I definitely think so. Unless you have insulted them. I think downrating is petty just because someone disagrees with your point of view. I personally wish that AB would do away with DRing. That way if somebody disagrees with you that have to use words and not points to express that. It would also help eliminate some of the trolls on this site. +4
