That's totally natural! Everybody needs a break every now and then. Being a stay-home-mom isn't easy at all. Maybe you need to find someone who can take care of them every once in a while, and just go out with some friends...or even just watch TV. It's not your fault that you feel tired, and the healthy thing to do would be to just get some rest. Hope it all works out, +2!

It sounds like your children are pre-schoolers. If you can possibly afford it, there are day care centers for little ones. Church day cares take kids as young as 2 for a whole morning. Or how about a sitter even one day a week? It sounds like you need some down time! You might want to look online to see if there are online communities for women in your situation. You are NOT alone.

Hire a sitter even if it's only for a couple of hours a week. Seriously, you're stressed and you need time to yourself. Being a mom IS the toughest full time (with mandatory over time) job that is un-appreciated. You could even start a babysitting group and find other stay-at-home mothers in your area that may be in a similar situation as yourself. One mother could take some of the kids to free up a few hours for other moms and the following week, another mom could take the kids...take turns - all for free!

Yes, you are trapped in a prison of your own device. You can do things to help this out. Go to a church and ask for some voluteers to watch the kids a few times a week. I am assuming you are broke or you would pay a sitter once in a while. Get some help. The kids and you both need some breaks from each other this is unhealthy.
