Unfortunately, largely due to the public unhappiness with many Microsoft products but also for legal reasons, Microsoft does not mention specific names of individuals responsible for the source code. If you'd like to try though if this is for a research paper or something try calling their legal or PR departments in Redmond and explain why you'd like the information. Couldn't hurt to try.
