No. It is good to drink water but not to stop eating. If you don't get the proper nutreints it is very bad. You can loose muscle tissue and that is not good. But you will also start to loose your hair. Plus you can get very sick.

It's not safe for anyone to stop eating and only drink water. They are necessary to maintain a healthy life. Or life, in general. That's a horrible way of going about dieting. There are much better alternatives there. To stop eating and drinking normally is not smart at all. Most anything can be good in moderation. You don't need to punish yourself like that. do you really not know the answer? I hate to be the voice of reason here but human beings need to eat and drink to live. Try it and see how you look & feel after a few days - then ask yourself how safe it is.

No, it's not safe for ANYONE to do that, ESPECIALLY not a 13 y/o who is still growing. People seem to think that to lose weight they need to starve themselves and that is not the way to go! I'm actually really surprised that anyone would think this way, but I may be biased because I think about nutrition often and try to educate myself about it. Definitely do NOT stop eating, but it is good to drink bottled water. You just need to do it with food. You will die if you literally do not eat ANY food and ONLY drink bottled water.
