  • A bit of both in my experience. Hey! Just had it scientifically confirmed on UK radio. Exercise doesn’t make you lose weight. I think most intelligent people would have worked that out for themselves when eating after a workout. The little you lost you gain. +4
  • I'm not completely sure, but I think the workout increases your metabolism maybe? Or the workout burns away things like calories and energy, so your body needs more energy to replenish itself.
  • Burn a lot of calories and your body seeks to replace them.
  • I "reward" myself whether I exercise or not, so I hope maybe the exercise will counter the reward.
  • I find that vigourous exercise makes me want to eat more. Expecially on treadmill for one hour or more.
