Munir Hussain, would have got away with it if he had had just restrained the man outside.A witness saw men beating the intruder and subsequently they used unreasonable force which caused him greivious bodily harm.The laws states that you can use reasonable force,but not fracture someones skull by beating a person over the head. Munir Hussain will go to jail and he deserves it.

Yes they do have some crappy laws. But this case wasn't one of them. There was excessive and unnecessary violence amounting to revenge.

There are no doubt some very strange laws, but the law that only allows such force as is reasonable in the circumstances isn't one of them.

Seeya: So its Ok to kill someone or nearly kill someone.We are more civilized in the UK and make laws to prevent such things happening.Any reasonable minded person would realise that to beat someone over the head until the skull is fractured would cause serious injury and maybe death.You are definately not a law abiding citizen Seeya and would take the law into your own hands and kill somebody. I have witnessed at first hand some Pakistani's who beet other Pakistani's over the head with cricket bats,but maybe thats what they do in their part of the world,but please dont do it in mine!!
