I think you are allowed to scracth any place you want when no one is looking. This is earth not prison

Its funnier when you see some random person in public scratching themselves without trying to look like they are. "Stealth scratching"

I think it's OK to scratch when it's itchy, haha. I mean, depending on who is around...(your grandparents may not appreciate it...), but I do think that scratching is just fine in general.

Always. Except sometimes they can see you but you can't see them.
