    Transparently firstly, you had better designate yourself, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you had better in reality go through with it once it has been chosen

    well that is easy! i usually jsut decide NOT to.
    i tend to regret buying things afterwards becasue i would have needed the money for something else.so i have just ceased buying things!

    It depends on what it is; but usually it has to coordinate with other things, be a good price that I can afford and I have to need it as opposed to wanting it.

    First I ask myself if I have enough money. Then I ask whether it's a need or a want. If it's a need, then I will most likely get it. If it is just a want, then it's a fifty-fifty chance whether I get it or not. I may be saving up for something too, or cutting back, and that may figure into it.
