I pick coke...they both pack on the weight, but coke has sugar that will kill your teeth. You DID mean coca-cola, not cocaine, right?
-
Coke, hands down. You'd be surprised at the health detriments posed by high fructose corn syrup.
-
Yes i agree coke is more harmfull for your health..too much sugar that corn syrup fructose is bad and gas..eww. i personally dont drink coke i burp way too much its gross. And beer...well beer..ummm...mmmmm:) Nah but beer its all good when you know how to drink moderate and well i recently heard in the news something about beer being helpfull in preventing cancer??...something like that im not too sure i heard correctly so dont take my word for granted.i'll research on dat to make sure then let ya'll know

Depends if you are driving or not.
-
Coke. Takes 32 8oz glasses of water to cleanse the body from one can of coke.
-
Coke, no doubt about it.
-
My guess is that Coke® would not be as good for you as beer, even though I eschew both, due to my diabetes and alcoholism. +5

I'm going to say coke just because it seems like the things we demonize the most are the ones that are the least worst for us. Pot's a perfect example considering approx. 0 people die from direct use of it when prescription drugs kill approx. 100,000 people a year. . But I don't really know which one is worse for me, but beer does make me feel better...before it makes me feel worse.

...They are both bad, but soda is worse than beer. Could you imagine drinking as much soda at a sitting as you do beer? I think after the 7th or 8th soda you would be puking and sick, and die of diabetes soon afterwards, and be extremely obese. But then again beer and alcohol in large amounts often effects every part of your body...brain, bones, muscels, eyes, heart, liver, kidney...stomache.... They are both bad for ya. But coke is more harmful than beer.
-
In excess, beer. In moderation, coke.
-
Which is more harmful? - it depends: Beer is if in excess - coke is in moderation.
-
Drinking beer to excess would of course be a big problem and an immediate danger, but if you are only talking about one can per day, with the Coke you will have the equivalent of 10 extra teaspoons of sugar per day in your diet. The carbonic acid in Coke will cause loss of calcium in your teeth and bones. The beer on the other hand has more complex carbos, and the small amount of alcohol is associated with heart health.
