Do I have to leave the property that i am renting for the landlords to show it?

    nope, you sure don't! but like anonymous said, it makes people uncomfortable when you don't.
    If you don't trust them maybe just wait outside or something while they're looking.

    No but you definitely should. It makes potential buyers very uncomfortable to have the current tenants there.
