Do you wait to purchase an item (not food) when it goes on sale; or do you just purchase when you need it without regard to price?

If I know it will go on sale, like at Kohls, I will wait. Same with soda. But most of the time, I will buy as it becomes needed.

I do a bit of both actually. If I am out of town and a good bargin comes along, I just buy it. +5

Depends what the item is and why I need it. Something that's not immediately necessary, I'll wait until it's on sale.

If I want it bad enough, I just buy it.

I check the INTERNET, many stores and circulars before I buy anything big. I buy on sale.

I wait for sales or snoop them out, especially electronics and clothes. Foods and fruits and sodas, I follow the ads!
