The testicles produce the sperm cells. They go through the vas deferens to the seminal vessicle where they join the semen and on through the urethra to the tip of the erect penis and out to wherever it is pointed. There are over 100,000 sperm cells in each ejaculation. Repeated ejaculations will dimenish the number of sperm cells available. It takes a little bit of time for the body, testicles, to produce more cells.

Not enough. My bf is good for two nice loads and maybe a smaller third one. Then he's dry and it takes him two or three days to replenish. What a bummer.
