    I just switched to herbal tea... after 3/4 days of constant headaches, I started to feel really healthy and always alert. Realising that coffee was making me more tired than it was keeping me awake, and realising how much better I felt, was enough for me not to go back tro drinking coffee for several years.

    I never was addicted to coffee, but I was addicted to energy drinks. I got sick and tired of suffering from anxiety because of the energy drink overload and sugar crash, so I became more health conscious and wanted to cut down on sugars so I switched to green tea. That was one of the best decisions I ever made for my health. Green tea is a great source of caffeine and it has many known health benefits. Now I brew about two-four bags of green tea in one cup, and mix it with iced black tea. I drink it quick and feel great. I swear I can feel the antioxidants flowing through my body as I stretch out after finishing my tea, and it gives me a lot of energy, especially when I eat a small healthy meal with it. I get no crash, I can sleep at night, and it seems to just wear off smoothly. The only time I get anxiety is when I really push it, drinking like 8 bags a day with multiple 32 ounce cups of iced tea.
