How to connect a Malaysian made Samsung TV made with a Belling-Lee connector to a US COAX antennae. I bought an adapter, but doesn't help.

proview pa-jk321a turns on then off immediatly. has orange light on front, sometimes a blue light, sometimes backlight remains on any help?
