Ninjutsu is fairly hard to find a good place when you don't know what you're looking for, however to help you out I'll give you some neutral advice to help you with your quest. The current Soke(head) of ninjutsu lies within Masaaki Hatsumi. His organization is called the Bujinkan. Two of his many students have each created their own organizations know as the Jinenkan and the Genbukan. Thus, anyone who says they are the current soke or anything other than this is historically speaking a fraud. I do not criticize or disrespect anyone in this field however, to each his own. On that note, Fujita Seiko was the last heir to Koga-Ryu Ninjutsu. He has since passed away, and he did not leave an heir. There are thousands of frauds claiming all kinds of weird things, so I hope you make good choices and use sound judgement.
