I personally like the sound of "All OF these things."
However, you have to also consider WHO is speaking these words. If your character in the story (if this is a story) would be more likely to say "All these things." then that would be the right way to have him/her speak.
In my second book there is a character who comes from the slums (middle ages) he speaks VERY poorly, and so it must be reflected in his dialog, in order for the nature of his childhood surroundings to be correctly presented.
If poor little (dead) Mick spoke correctly, he wouldn't be credible as being who he was (had been) as relative to his tale.
It's a challenge! "Ya knows whatta men, dontcha na?"
