I love me some tacos! And Black Bean Spanish Rice. And my sisters ex.bf used to make some spanish rice using taco seasoning, vienna sausages, and garbanzo beans! Best rice I had in my life and he refused to give me the recipe because it was a "secret family recipe"...asshole.
