Never had a live tree, so fake I guess

While I really enjoy the smell of a fresh tree ... I have a 4' pre lite tree ... so much less expensive to use, just unfold it and set it up .. add a few decorations ... and have a tree . However; because i am alone this year ; I'll not set up a tree or do any decorations ... No use going out and paying $20 or MORE for a tree to set there for two weeks or so .... waste of money for me , at least ... +5

live tree for sure. fake tree's are good but i love the fresh smell of a pine tree...makes it smell more like christmas.

I prefer a fake tree. Real trees shed too many pine needles all over the house. +5

I have to have at least a 6" tree live. I have 12 ft. vaulted ceilings so i get to decorate till my hearts content. :)

Fake. It's kind of wasteful to chop down a tree every year just so you can feel nice and have a pretty living room. Also, a fake tree is cleaner, and can be folded up and re-used year after year.

fake...... cos then you can use it again and again, oh..... and without the mess of needles everywhere :)

Fake. They grow those trees nearby. On land that could be put to use as food crops. It takes several years just to grow one, and they're only used once and thrown away. Assuming they're even purchased. Ironically, many folks go out into the woods to get thier own and get some of the worst examples of flammable trees.

I use to have a live on ONLY!! But as the years have went by, I realized a fake one is much easier in every aspect. invis. +5
