  • I personally think life without parole is horribly inhumane and a huge risk to other prisoners. Its interesting to see how much things have changed. Back when the US constitution was written and when people started being shipped to Australia, the idea of locking someone in a prison for long periods of time was considered "cruel and unusual punishment" in the US and Britain. Long term imprisonment was one of the cruelties in France that led to the French revolution.
