No. It would just mean that the trolls were back and in full force.

No, because in most cases I can give out more points than the amount people who downrate can give, so that would not make it even. Furthermore downrates do not affect how many points I give to answers, as for me it depends on the quality of answer

Just goes to show what a crock rating and points are. Lets just work at being friends. Personally, I click all over the place. If you respond to one of my questions you get 3 points. lol
