I don't know about "Nobel worthy" (I'll leave that to the gang in Oslo), but I believe that Mr. Carter is the best EX-president that we've had in generations. I certainly won't speak for his policies while in office, but I have observed first hand the effects of some of his international work. When he dies, if he can't get one here in the states, I'm certain that there are a number of African and Asian countries that would fight for the honor to give him a state funeral.
