  • As strange as it sounds exercise. It will give you more energy and will probably make you sleep better.
  • 8 hours of sleep a day, supplements, a good diet, regular exercise, red bull and coffee (temporary help only). In what context do you refer? Just tired or something else?
  • Sleep is the obvious answer but good diet helps me a lot. I also find that if I take essentinal fatty acids as a supplement, my brain functions a little better.

  • Yes. Have all of your mercury filling removed ASAP. Mercury is highly toxic and causes chronic fatigue which is what you have. Metal fillings are 50% mercury. Mercury is the second most toxic substance on the face of the planet, second to radioactive plutonium. Mercury does cause a plethora of health problems.
