If I felt comfortable while I was in it. Yes If I felt "trouble, or anger, or fear " No. depends on the feeling and the house ( I ve seen and wittnessed too much to ignore these things)

I suppose it depends on the circumstances, provided that non of those that committed the crime were likely to return i.e they were dead or in prison on multiple life terms then sure. If it was still an involved crime that was high profile then probably not.
