Only someone who is working on a transaction for you. Just randomly looking a balances will get them fired. When I was a programmer we had to create our own data. We could not use actual files.

My bank allowed me to draw on a cheque because the company it was from banked at the same branch and had enough funds. The following day the company cancelled the cheque, and i was told by the bank i had to pay the money back.
