No. That sounds more like something Americans would do. Castration is a violation of an individual's rights. Only if the pedodphile agrees with the verdict should it be allowed. By the way, Chemical Castration will NOT stop a pedophile... it may only slow him down. Next!

No, chemically castrating a person doesn't stop their ability to do something else to a child nor does it stop them being a pedophile.
