I wear arm floaters and those inflatable round ring things around me. I don't know how to swim. But even if I did, I'd still wear all that, it makes me laugh.

If I'm swimming underwater, I do, because chlorine hurts my eyes If I'm just relaxing, I won't, because goggles tend to be very unconfortable

if I am swimming and I have goggles I wear them. I love to be able to see and I do not like opening my eyes under water (even perfectly clean mountain lake water) chlorine only makes it slightly worse. when it comes to goggles I easily invest $15+ because I like good lenses, soft seals, and a comfortable strap. I do not like masks, the pressure on my nose makes me feel like I can't get a deep breath so I can't go down as long. I used a comercial antifog once... NEVER AGAIN, my vision itself was cloudy for hours, just spit in the goggles every once in a while.
