Help answer this question below.

If you're friends with someone and one day when you try talking to them and asking them questions,all they do is give you one word answers,would this hurt your feelings and make you mad?Keep in mind they never acted like this before.

    if they have always been kind and loyal friends, then something is probably up. maybe they're going through something. try to figure out if anything is wrong, and if they keep edging away from you, give them some space. if, say, someone in your family died, wouldn't you rather just not talk to anyone for a week or longer? later, try to talk to them. if they are consistently giving you 1 word answers, they might just be assholes.

    That sounds like one of three options to me:

    1) Bloody fullout rejection

    2) They are hurt by something you did and feel icy now

    3) They are having a cold/flu/something like that

    Extra but unlikely grab-bag options:

    Their Goldfish died or maybe they got a bad grade on a test....or or maybe they are just dumb.
