O positive--which is funny because that's a very rare bloodtype, but mostly everyone who asnwered seems to have it. But yeah the Red Cross badgers me for blood constantly because O-type blood is universal. I give in every once in a while.

I'm a military veteran, so I've known my blood type since boot camp, O-positive. In the military, your blood type is one of the items of information on your dog tags, and one has to know their own blood type in case he or she gets wounded and is coherent enough to respond when asked.
