first, let's pass good, quality, understandable legislation on health care. THEN, we ought to go back to the beginning and make everything simple and not involve lawyers. i've always been against term limits in the past, but, i wonder if they make sense?

Just leave it alone as is. Only correction for the Feds to make is to check the green cards of immigrants to make sure they are legal before dishing out anymore free healthcare to them. This will free up many dollars and allow legal, poor Americans to now have limited healthcare. The law would have to be changed to discontinue free healthcare to anyone, thats not a legal American, at emergency rooms. This is a simple solution. if i thought of it, why can't the politicians?
