• yes it was a long time ago, but the main reason we are talking about it so long ago is that he fled the country. If he had served his sentence, we would be talking about something different.
  
  As far as "he brutally raped her", we are talking about a THIRTEEN year old girl he drugged and raped. Raping children is pretty brutal.

• He drugged the girl, then had forced alternating vaginal and anal penetration upon her. Yes it was a long time ago, but justice was never served.   If you used your intellegence you would see that my response was nothing to do with him escaping justice BUT! Would I trust him NOW to baby sit. Too spell it out. YES! All people have stolen at least one thing in their life. Does that mean they must never be trusted for the rest of their life?

  I'll spell it out. No matter what the crime. PEOPLE CHANGE; certainly with age. There is no evidence to suggest that he would repeat the same crime now 31yrs later!
