Im throwing a small halloween party, what are some cute snacks, decorations or cheesy movies to watch (I have a weak stomach so no horror films!)

All snacks and decorations can come from a party store or local halloween shops. Some great none scary movies are the classic dracula, frankenstein, house on haunted hill all are very tame by todays standards. The best thing to do is to plan a prank. Towards the end of the party kill the circut breaker for lets say 10 seconds and have someone run out either covered in blood or wielding a power tool guranteed to make the party unforgettable. You could always go with the classic cupcakes with orange and black icing, or pumpkin shaped gingerbread cookies from the grocery store. You can also try perusing the housekeeping magazines for ideas. As for movies, you could watch the Harry Potter movies (I know they aren't Halloween themed, but they are about witches and wizards). The Peanuts' Halloween special is another possible choice.
