If they have an e-mail or other contact information on their profile, yes. If not you are out of luck.

Not unless they volunteer their email or their messenger i.d. I don't post my personal info in my profile....too many emails from, uh, "strange" people.

If members want to be available like that they will include their contact info in their profile. Otherwise what can you expect from a free site.
