Actual embalming fluid is not and should not be used to "make wet" a substance for smoking. Embalming fluid is formaldehyde and can be toxic if smoked. "Getting wet" is the term for smoking PCP, often by dipping a cigarette or joint into liquified PCP. The phrase "embalming fluid" came into being because the effect of smoking PCP caused a numbing effect and dissassociation from the body.
