  • loosely restrain oneself before going to sleep, perhaps. you would probably wake up a lot at first, but eventually your body might quit fighting it. at that point, you could probably take the restraining items away.
  • Great question i need that answer, i am a real fighter. I kick, punch, elbow and laugh out loud, grind my teeth, hog the middle of a king size bed and the whole duvet. Lol why does he put up with me lol
