Apology accepted.
In response to your response, I have given multiple examples where the opposite is true. I hope we can agree that dog fighting is bad, and filming others commit crimes and not enabling them to do so is not a crime. Exposing injustice can be just as pornographic as the selfish motives exhibited by the man in jail. Feeling repulsed by something is what some associate with arousal, we cannot control that, even documentaries that seek to expose injustice can illicit those feeligs of arousal in the wretched.
It is up to the individual to determine their stance on the images they see. We can choose to look or look away. The social implications for liking things bar people from institutions all the time, being a fan of dog fighting could be that barrier that keeps people from gaining your friendship, for others it may be the standard. It will be interesting to see what comes out of all of this.
You want to read something that will make you see how moral our government is? Read this article, http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm
This article is one of the most sad articles I have ever read. It is written by a government employee, the same government that says dog fighting is against the law. The issue at hand is animal rights. This shows they have no rights on their own, we grant them rights by having ownership. It is messed up. But that is the way it is. Very sad.
