Drink more water. You should drink 8 good glasses of water a day, more if you drink caffiene drinks. Rehydration is best done from both sides of the skin. Vaseline is a good and regular gentle scrubs to remove the dead skin cells. Pat your face dry after washing.
I know of a very exceptional moisurizer. If you do not have psoriasis (p is silent) it will help.
It is called Boroline Cream. They come from India. I have several tubes. It's really good. I used to use Chapstick and then switched because it is so effective.

Try to apply regular preschool glue and let sit to dry then pill off and apply dry skin treatment lotion
you can also try baby oil
