last check was 09/26 sat on the tredmill with some great music, the other was back in july on the ocean fishing and feeling this great warm west wind .aroun 2:30-3 pm sun hitting the ocean fish flying all over great stuff...

I have felt relaxed pretty well ( for me! ha! ) but "Totally" relaxed? ~ getting together for a day this past summer with possibly my closest buddy ( from college years ) after a period of many years. The years disappeared as they always do when we get together and we all laughed and laughed . . . many of my moments of total relaxation occur/have occurred with him. I've rarely felt so completely accepted for me just being me. And, yes, friends can be close even though they don't see each other all the time or talk constantly every day. +5
