Help answer this question below.

Don't you hate it when a one of a author's books recieves an honor award and you have read that book and another book by the same author but, you think the otherbook is better then the award winning book and it doesn't recieve an award?

    I wouldn't get too riled by it. You have to remember that awards are at most just opinions of a particular group of people, and at worst, a marketing ploy to get the companies name stuck on a popular product. Unless you can really trust the source of the award to make decent unbiased recommendations, you shouldn't really take them into consideration.
