Help answer this question below.

I have 2 goldfish, one has a big belly, the other one is a normal size. the one with a normal size belly chases the one with the big belly around the tank and tries to get in its butt it looks. what does this mean?

    The one with the big stomach is the female. The other one is chasing it around to make sure it doesnt get hurt or the babies, but the female hates it soo she swims away and it goes on and on....

    What it could mean, is the smaller of the two is the "alpha dog"... Although it is a little unusual for the smaller one to pick on the larger one, it sounds like that is what is happening. Check the larger fish for bite marks and tears in the larger fish's tail.
