Help answer this question below.
They maybe full of eggs, but i'd make sure that they don't have dropsy. View them from above and check that the scales aren't sticking out :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fish_dropsy
Have you considered the fact that they might be pregnant females?
if you fed them, did the food sink or did they eat air as well? that might get their bodies swollen. make sure the food will sink.
I have to bring 30 feeder fish to school and i was wondering if it would be ok to keep them in the bag they come in overnight?

You're reading My two black moors have a swollen bellies. they seems to be swimming fine. is it a disease maybe swim bladder disease?how can i help them?or am i feeding them too much?
Comments
i waited to see if they were pregnant, but i dont think they are, i know they were getting fed too much, so i reduced the amount of food, and one of them was going toilet for 3days straight, and her belly has gone down a good bit. shes swimming fine but the other one is now, sticking to one place in the tank, it varies from the top to the bottom, right to left. im thinking if could quite possibly be swim bladder now, but i dont want to treat her for it if im not completely sure. i dont think its dropsy either cause her scales are fine, theyre not sticking out...ive heard about feeding them defrosted peas to get rid of the trapped air...is this the right way to go?

It's a common problem with these types of fancy goldfish. As with almost any animal that has been breed to look how we want them to look :)
