Is there anything a person can give to ease the side effects of opiate withdraw?

    yes, benzos help like xanax or valium to calm and help with sleep. Also natural herbs can help and be made into a tea or smoked like, valarian root, wormwood, scullcap, passion flower, and datura. Lastly there is a perscprition nerve pain medicine that has been know to migate opiate withdrawal named Tramadol/Ultram and another named clonidine. Hope these help
