  • If he was convicted, then it is considered public record. I would go down to the court house and see what you can retrieve (each county, city, state has different rules about this). You may have to pay a small administrative fee for it though.
  • Does your state have a sex offender registry? Mine does, and it lists charges; plus the web site for my home town's sheriff department has a listing of its own. You could try looking at something like that.
