I don't have any rent/mortgage, so I would have to say property taxes and insurance. Although the bills come annually, I have to budget for them each month.

Luckily, my mother has offered to pay my cell phone bill and the car payment is paid off, so I suppose it's any sort of medical bill. When I broke my toe, my bill was $100. Other than that, it's just rent and utilities.
