I definitely would, but I need to inject a common-sense warning about swimming around waterfalls, based on an incident that happened in Hawaii, several years ago. Many folks don't realize that rocks are constantly going over any waterfalls, and mostly, the rocks are no larger than a grain of sand, and totally harmless. But every once in awhile, a rock the size of a basketball plunges over the falls. Movies and TV shows love to depict a couple of lovers (or a woman alone) "bathing" under a waterfall, happy and contended, and vacationers always try to duplicate those scenes they have viewed, when visiting a place that has a waterfall. On the island of Maui one year, a woman and her boyfriend decided to go skinny dipping in a lake that was the result of a waterfall. As they were frolicking underneath the waterfall, enjoying some naked hugs and gropes, a large boulder fell over the falls and landed on the boyfriend's head, killing him instantly. Waterfalls are indeed fun to look at and to swim nearby, but they must be regarded as potentially lethal, if you are thinking about getting underneath one. One good-sized boulder landing on your head, can ruin your whole vacation or honeymoon. Please remember that, and act accordingly. +5

I would sit on the shore, but probably NOT go in the water, because I don't know what lives in it...and, a waterfall is beautiful, but if I got close enough for the mist from the fall to blow in my face, mixed with the sound of the falls, I would have a panic attack. I don't know why this happens... Kill Joy, I know...

Yep. One little set back (for a male)the water coming down is usually very clear and cold. The male extremities don't handle cold water very well. They have been known to tighten up into tiny little thingies which wouldn't do the photographers any favours with all the touching up they would have to do.

no as the water is a torid and could brng rocks from above and also water might be polluted I was under Niagra Falls and I would not recommend doing this in the Horseshow falls
