boxing is very much alive,but you need sky sports to watch it.

Alive, it still has plenty of fans, but as Booze Hound says it is just a bit harder to seek out on television.

Boxing is questionable. It's a great sport ruined by greed and corruption. For example, Mayweather recently beat up Marquez, a fight that should not have happened for a number of reasons, mainly their size difference, that they belong in different weight classes. Mayweather just about ran from the ring when Mosely (a man his same size) asked him for a fight. All fights should be selected by a means where the champion is at least fighting within the top ten, or even top five in their respective weight divisions. No picking and choosing. This is why MMA is better at this point in time. Hopefully it doesn't go the way of boxing in this regard.
